Lata Rana | Colosseum Luxury Loft is the best way to experience the eternal city. Designed in collaboration withLAGO (www.lago.it), the loft is equipped with the most luxurious furnishings and the highest technology. Only 10 minutes' walk from the Colosseum, the Basilica of San Giovanni, the train station and much more!

Situated in a lovely communal garden, the loft consists of a large living room, a kitchenette, a bedroom elegantly separated by crystal wardrobes and a large bathroom with a double shower. 

The loft is very quiet, close to the most beautiful Roman wonders, but away from the noise of the centre. 

The furniture is by the best manufacturers, including LAGO, KARTEL, MAGIS and lamps by VISTOSI, FOSCARINI and others. 

The equipment also includes a bioethanol fireplace, a 32-inch TV in the living room and an EPSON projector with a 2 by 3 metre screen in the bedroom. The sound quality of the 'cinema' room is provided by a SAMSUNG soundbar with a power rating of 300 W (with a separate subwoofer for deeper vibrations) and a Dolby Digital 2.1 system. 

All blinds, both day and night, are motorised, so that the desired amount of light and privacy can easily be achieved. 

There are illuminated green spaces in the windows, as desired, day and night. 

Beautiful light effects spread through the space thanks to the numerous LAGO crystals placed in the house, but also thanks to the diffuse lighting located on the hanging bed and under the kitchen. 

There are two stained glass wardrobes; one for guests in the living room and the other for guests in the bedroom. 

The double bed is king-size (180 cm x 200 cm) and the sofa bed is a double bed (160 cm x 200 cm). 
An integrated safe is available to guests for their valuables. 

The snack table is located next to a beautiful bookcase full of art and design books; optimising the separation space between the dining area and the bathroom. 

Finally, a 7 kg washing machine is available in a built-in cupboard inside the bathroom.
